The Short Version
EICalc.ca does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or financial information you enter into the calculator. All calculations run entirely in your browser. Your income data never leaves your device.
Calculator Data
When you enter an income amount into the EI Calculator, that number is processed locally by JavaScript running in your browser. It is not sent to any server, not stored in any database, and not visible to us in any form. Closing or refreshing the page clears all entered data.
Analytics
EICalc.ca may use standard web analytics to understand aggregate usage — such as page view counts and general traffic trends. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated; it does not identify individual users or their income inputs. We do not track individuals across sessions.
Advertising
EICalc.ca may display advertisements through Google AdSense (publisher ID: ca-pub-7744853829365165). Google AdSense may use cookies to serve ads relevant to your interests. These cookies are managed by Google and governed by Google's Privacy Policy, not by EICalc.ca. You can review Google's advertising privacy controls at google.com/settings/ads.
Cookies
EICalc.ca does not set first-party cookies for tracking. Third-party services on the site (such as Google AdSense) may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies.

EICalc.ca contains links to other calculator sites in the Canadian network (such as calc-hq.ca, cppcalc.ca, ontariotakehomecalc.ca). These are independent sites with their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites.
